A Supportive Community Club With A Rich History
This season marks a significant milestone for Footballers Cricket Club as we proudly celebrate our 75th year. It’s a remarkable achievement and a testament to the dedication, passion, and community spirit that has carried our club through generations. To honour this special occasion, we’ll be hosting a number of celebratory events throughout the season – bringing past and present players, families, and supporters together to reflect on our rich history and look ahead to an exciting future. It’s shaping up to be a memorable year both on and off the field, and we’re thrilled to share it with our members, players, and sponsors.

Our First XI, led by Ben Gerloff in his second year as captain, made it to the preliminary final against Knoxfield, in a match that was unfortunately impacted by rain. Despite the setback, the squad is motivated and already working hard to take the next step this coming season.
Season 2024/25 marked a historic milestone with the introduction of our first ever Women’s team. Led by Tammy Xiberras and coached by Peter Castledine, the team achieved an incredible feat – winning the premiership in their debut season.
Our Woolworths Cricket Blast program continues to grow, with over 30 kids joining us last season for energetic Friday night sessions at Pickett Reserve — often side-by-side with our Under 18s. The atmosphere is full of energy, fun, and community spirit.
